  • Inclusions
    • Railway Statiosn Pick-up and drop-off on departure..
    • Accommodation for 4 nights in well-appointed hotel as per the itinerary.
    • Daily breakfast and dinner in well-appointed hotel.
    • All transfers between railway station and hotel will be in a private vehicle.
    • All sightseeing locations in a private vehicle.
  • Exclusions
    • Any personal expenses incurred during the tour such as shopping, laundry services, extra meals beyond those specified, and
      personal activities not included in the itinerary.
    • Any services not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions section of the tour package.
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) are not included in the package price and will be applicable as per government regulations.
    • Travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage is not included. It is highly recommended that travelers arrange suitable travel insurance independently.
    • Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out from hotel rooms, subject to availability and hotel policies.
    • Gratuities for guides, drivers, and porter services at hotels or airports are not included and are at the discretion of the traveler.
    • Meals not specified in the itinerary, including lunch and snacks, are not included in the package price.
    • Fares for domestic or international flights, as well as train tickets, are not included in the package and will be the responsibility of the traveler.
    • Entrance fees to museums, monuments, historical sites, or other tourist attractions not mentioned as included in the itinerary are not covered and will be the traveler's responsibility.
    • Costs associated with optional adventure activities such as skiing, paragliding, rafting, etc., are not included in the package price and will be payable by the traveler if opted for.
    • Any expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or medical emergencies are not covered in the package and will be the responsibility of the traveller.
  • Payment Policy
    • All bookings will be processed by the company only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from the client.
    • Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the company will initiate the pre-booking process to secure accommodations and other services.
    • Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment within the specified cutoff time period.
    • Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment within the designated cutoff time period.
    • Full payment must be made to confirm bookings at least 5 days before the scheduled check-in date.
    • Full payment must be made by the specified deadline prior to the scheduled departure date. li>
    • Any increases in government taxes will be applied accordingly to the above room rates and meal charges.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date will incur no cancellation fees.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost.
    • Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
    • Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for booking.
    • In light of unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations or government-imposed travel restrictions, clients may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking without penalty.
    • In cases where clients choose to cancel, refunds will be provided based on the terms and conditions of the individual service providers.
    • In cases where clients choose to Modify, extra cost will be charged based on the terms and conditions of the individual service providers.
    • Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email or through the company's designated communication channels.
    • The company will acknowledge receipt of cancellation requests and provide timely updates on the status of refunds or rescheduling options.
  • Terms and Conditions
    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel company. The company reserves the right to decline or modify bookings based on availability and other factors.
    • Upon receipt of full payment for the package booking, the company will issue a Final Package Confirmation Voucher. This voucher is mandatory and must be presented to commence the tour.
    • The company will tentatively block hotel rooms as specified in the package for a predetermined period. After this period, the rooms will be released if not confirmed.
    • It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and vaccination records, are obtained and valid for the duration of the trip.
    • Travelers must comply with all health and safety measures implemented by the travel company, airlines, accommodation providers, and destination authorities. This includes wearing face masks, practicing social distancing, and following hygiene protocols.
    • Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.
    • The travel company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Travelers are advised to take precautions and secure their valuables at all times.
    • Travellers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times, respecting local customs, traditions, and laws. The travel company reserves the right to refuse service or remove travelers who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
    • Any complaints or disputes regarding the tour should be brought to the attention of the travel company's representative or tour leader immediately to allow for timely resolution.
    • The travel company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under the terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
    • By making a booking with the travel company, travellers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions as outlined herein.
